NEW BUSINESS SUCCESSES FOR CICADA
Variety is set to be the tone of 2008 for Cicada Communications, after the agency won new clients in four different fields.
Cicada has been appointed by the Leeds office of Grant Thornton, providers of specialist financial advisory services, to raise its profile throughout the region.
The agency will also be working with Leeds based Work Inc Group, a sustainable building management company specialising in the design of innovative work spaces.
Cicada’s third new client, York based ACM-Pivotal provides high quality global central laboratory services to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
Finally, the agency will be helping the Academy for Sustainable Communities ramp up its mission to encourage young people into careers which have a positive impact on other people’s lives and local communities.
Cicada, which counts McCormicks Solicitors and national property consultants Carter Jonas among its long-standing clients, has also renewed contracts with Lorien Engineering Solutions, Diabetes UK, and premium stone tile retailer Lapicida.
Managing director Di Burton said: “This is a great start to 2008 for us, and we will shortly be recruiting new staff to help service our growing customer base.”
