After a hugely successful start to 2008, Harrogate-based Cicada Communications is continuing its upward trend after winning several new clients over the past month.

The agency has been appointed by Halliwells, the largest independent law firm outside London. The Cicada team will be working to raise the profile of the Sheffield office across Yorkshire.

Cicada will also be working with Extend-A-Room to manage a regional and national business and consumer media relations campaign. The company specialises in conservatories and sunrooms that do not need foundations, and can be constructed in as little as one day.

Cicada’s third new client is the active investment fund Phase 37. The team’s brief is to launch the new fund to potential investors and investee companies and improve the company’s visibility within the business community.

The agency will also be implementing community and media relations programmes for a range of commercial development opportunities in North Yorkshire.

The new accounts, which are worth over £100,000 in annual billings, further strengthens Cicada’s impressive, and varied, client portfolio.
