Training
Communications is becoming increasingly complex and competitive. In order to stay ahead of the game, regular training and updating of knowledge and skills is essential. To this end Cicada has formed a specialist training and development division which is aimed at raising standards in the public relations profession.
Di Burton FCIPR FCIPD holds a postgraduate teaching qualification and is a CIPR Approved Trainer. AT status recognises professional and reliable trainers and acts as a quality assurance. Di tutors at board level and to those with managerial responsibility across a wide range of subjects.

Attending the course was a huge catalyst for me and it gave me great confidence in managing both clients and colleagues. I recently got a promotion and I know that attending the course played a big part in this. The skills I learned were invaluable and it really made a difference to my attitude and self-belief."
