The Cicada team was out in force for the Harrogate Advertiser Business Awards, where we sponsored the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award for the tenth consecutive year.

More than 300 people gathered at the town’s historic Royal Hall for the awards ceremony, hosted by Advertiser editor Jean MacQuarrie and Sir Gary Verity, chief executive of Welcome to Yorkshire.

The night culminated with the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to Barry Dodd CBE of Wetherby-based GSM Group and former chairman of the York and North Yorkshire with east Riding local Enterprise Partnership (LEP). The award was presented by Cicada director Jane Chamberlain.
