Members of the Institute of Directors (IoD) across the country are celebrating its 120th anniversary this year.

Cicada client, the IoD, was formed in 1903 and granted a Royal Charter in 1906 ‘to represent the interests of members and of the business community to government and in the public arena, and to encourage and foster a climate favourable to entrepreneurial activity and wealth creation’.

The Institute remains committed to being the leading authority on representing and supporting businesses and their directors across the UK.

To mark its 120th anniversary, IoD members are gathering at their prestigious London headquarters – 116 Pall Mall – on 13 June to celebrate with networking, exhibitions, speeches and a tour of our iconic building.
